So now since we have established the fact that this body is all we have got, how to hit a reset button and unwind this body for good, is the question.
The benefits of an eight hour long deep sleep is more than what we imagine. So now, in the given situation, all of us actually can devote an ample amount of time for sleep. Try going to bed around the same time each day. This helps your body to recognise the pattern and mould your sleep routine.
If you are someone who have trouble falling asleep, I highly recommend you to stay away from any gadgets for atleast an hour before your sleep time, maybe grab a book instead, put on some sleep music( yes, it's a thing).
Any kind of workout that gets your heart rate up is a great start for the day. It releases endorphins or happy hormones which are quite essential as we are all in close quarters with our family. A group session of some form of workout with the family is also a great option.
With work from home option comes long duration of just sitting around to get work done. Occasional breaks from the laptops and work, can be utilised by stretching your body and would be a much needed rest for eyes.
4. Hydrate yourself:
It's the summers and don't forget to hydrate yourself with water, juices. Water is definitely a magic potion in itself. Include more of veggies and liquids in your diet as much as possible.
Health and immunity is of utmost importance and it's in scenarios like this pandemic when we realise it the hard way.
