Just rewind...

"Everything heals. Your body heals, your heart heals. Your soul repairs itself. Your happiness is going to come back. Bad times won't last for long".

Soul defined as the spiritual and immortal element of a person, a person's inner energy, needs to unwind itself from time to time.

So how to do that??

1. Faith and prayers:

"Where there is hope, there is faith, where there is faith miracles happen".

It's difficult situations like these that really test our faith, belief. We are not aware of when we could come out of the pandemic, but all we can do is just positively affirm that we will sooner see the light down the dark tunnel.

2. Meditation:

Something that I have been doing from quite some time is Manthra meditation. It's like chanting one mantra that resonates with you during your practice. It helps reduce anxiety, stress and gives you a feel good vibe.

3. Music:

Now this is something that all of us would agree to. Music is food to the soul. We listen when we are happy, sad, angry, I mean you name it and there are playlists for every occasion. Put on some music that you totally enjoy and groove if you feel like.

4. Gratitude:

"Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance".

It's all the small things that are the real gifts in life. Make sure you write atleast five things that you are grateful for in taht day. It clear your head and you gain perspective.
